Basic Function

サプライチェーンにおける受注・出荷~売上計上(Order To Cash )及びDistribution& Logisticsでの入荷~保管~出荷に至る一連の業務プロセスにおいて、データでのアプローチにより業務改善/サービスレベルの向上に貢献する

Responsibilities

  • データ分析等を実施し、業務改善を推進する

  • Outsource Company(業務委託会社)及び3PL(物流協力会社)と協働し、チーム全体の作業効率を向上させる

  • Customer Serviceにおける受注・出荷~売上計上(Order To Cash )及びDistribution& Logisticsでの入荷~保管~出荷に至る一連の業務プロセス改善提案

  • 預託管理業務(短期・長期貸出・売上業務)における社内外へのサービスの向上

  • 在庫管理業務

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • 業務上、データでのアプローチで改善を実践したことがあること

  • リーダーシップをもって業務に取り組むことができる

  • 対人・コミュニケーションスキル(積極性・協調性・公平性)があること

  • システムエンジニアの経験(尚可)

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Excel VBA/Accessを含むMicrosoft Officeのスキルがあること

  • Power BI(SQL)

  • ABC分析、原因分析、問題解決能力があること

  • リーンシックスシグマ手法、統計分析、品質管理手法(尚可)

  • 英語による読み書きができれば尚可 (尚可)

Basic Function

Contribute to business improvement and service level enhancement through a data-based approach to a series of business processes in the supply chain, from order receipt and shipment to sales recording (Order To Cash) and in Distribution & Logistics(rom receiving to storage and shipment).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis, etc., to promote operational improvements

  • Collaborate with outsource companies and 3PLs (3rd party Logistics service provider) to improve the work efficiency of the entire team.

  • Propose a series of business process improvements from order receipt and shipment to sales recording (Order To Cash) in Customer Service and Distribution & Logistics(rom receiving to storage and shipment).

  • Improve internal and external services in Consignment/Loaner Operations (Short-term and Long-term consignment Operations)

  • Inventory management operations

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • Experience of implemented improvements through a data-driven approach in business operations

  • Ability to work in a leadership role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (proactive, collaborative, and fair)

  • Experience as System Engineer (Optional)

Skills/Special Training Required

  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel VBA/Access

  • Power BI (SQL)

  • ABC analysis, cause analysis, and problem solving skills

  • Lean Six Sigma methods, statistical analysis, quality control methods (Optional)

  • Ability to read and write in English a plus (Optional)
