Adecco US, Inc. Senior Staff Accountant in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a Senior Staff Accountant for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

Pay $31-$38 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, prepare and post journal entries, and perform month end and year to close processes

• Perform Bank reconciliations and research any discrepancies

• Assists in preparing reports such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements, monthly financial reports for the board of control, and ad-hoc reports as requested

• Providing support during internal and external audits

• Assist in the preparation and submission of grant claims, assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecast for grant proposals

• Reconcile A/R and A/P balances to ledger, Review account payables and receivables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Account or Finance related field

• 3-5 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency with Oracle Net Suite is preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Details: $31.00 to $38.00 per hour
