Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development of broad Agile capabilities, establishing Agile principles, practices, and

• discipline across the team

• Drive ongoing and measurable improvement, removing waste, and impediments.

• Assist the team with the delivery of outcomes and ensuring key Value Led Measures are reported weekly.

• Assist the team with daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

• Support the leaders in applying Agile techniques for effective prioritization, pipeline management,

• organizational structure, reporting, etc.

• Provide support on presentations, planning, and stakeholder management.

• Other related activities and deliverables, as require.

Skills & Qualification

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Agile principles and practices in an IT department or organization.

• Demonstrated experience with agile software code release teams.

Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience as an Agile Specialist in an IT environment

Education:

• University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM

• Agile Certified Professional (ICP)

• Demonstrated experience with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) applications delivery.
