Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business to validate business processes and workflows

• Facilitate workshops with process SMEs

• Update processes, process maps and workflows

• Enter process flows into BiZZdesign

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects

• skills in Process Mapping

• analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows

• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups

• business/client engagement skills

• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio and MS Office

• Good communication skills and ability to produce documentation to a high standard
