Job Details Job Location Corporate Headquarters - Owatonna, MN Remote Type Hybrid Position Type Full Time Travel Percentage None Job Shift Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Job Category Engineering Description This is a Hybrid Position which requires periodic work within our facility in Owatonna, MN. The hybrid schedule includes a working schedule where you would alternate between working remotely and in the office (every Wednesday). Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable drivable distance to the facility in Owatonna, MN. Wenger Corporation is seeking an Engineering Production Process Specialist to join our team!As a Engineering Production Process Specialist, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by administering all engineering records and systems to assist other departments in providing quality products to be sold to our customers and assure the proper product drawing history. It'd be great if you have: High school education with a minimum of two (2) years of trade school or equivalent training Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn application tools Exposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM preferred. General understanding of manufacturing processes, and ability to read and understand production drawings. Good knowledge of ERP system and how it interacts with the different areas in production (engineering, planning, purchasing, and quality) What you will do on a typical day: Managing ECO (Engineering Change Order) system using SolidWorks PDM (Product Data Management) Assign approvals and action items to appropriate personnel and departments for ECO implementation and completion. Insures that ECO's are processed in a timely manner Manage existing part masters and bill of materials related to ECO changes File management of drawings and documents to ensure active and legacy data are in proper locations on the network Generate new part masters and bill of materials in Epicor Work with Epicor ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Work with other departments entering new requests and/or existing information in Epicor Work with Data Management Tool (DMT) for Epicor updates related to part numbers, revisions, and bill of materials Work directly with team on Configure-to Order (CTO) product Support Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) database within Epicor Manage Engineering Library within SharePoint Manage part numbers related to engineering specifications Provide support for other items related to engineering Benefit offerings include: Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays Generous Profit Sharing Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Spending Accounts - HSA, FSA, DCFSA Company Paid Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match Company Paid Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance Onsite Fitness Center Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Program Wenger Corporation's core purpose is to ENRICH LIVES BY ENABLING AND INSPIRING GREAT PERFORMANCES.
