Perform administrative and supervisory duties relating to the transportation department. This position is responsible for providing a safe and efficient transportation program. This position requires knowledge of and the ability to provide leadership in the administration of all facets of transportation including, but not limited to, employer/employee relations; routing; dispatch; student discipline; customer service; policy implementation; capital replacement; bus repair and maintenance; laws and regulations related to transportation and communication with schools and parents.
