Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This position involves heavy lifting and carrying of materials and tools throughout work areas using appropriate equipment. Tasks also include finishing work on poured concrete products using power tools and hand tools, using hand tools to perform daily tasks, assisting with the installation of plates, rebar, wire, insulation, lifters, revelers, and anchors. This role will also involve tying rebar, grinding, buffing, taping and cutting strand, cleaning, bagging in blackouts, finishing exposed sides, patching concrete pipes, and finishing products in an attractive manner free of cracks and imperfections.

Hard Skills

• Experience working in a construction or outside environment

• Ability to follow instructions both verbally and in writing

• Ability to use hand tools

• 1 -2 years of Laborer

• Experience working with concrete preferred

• Concrete Finishing: 1 year (Preferred)

• Pouring and finishing concrete in forms

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Palatka, Florida.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in dust and outside environmental conditions (i.e., rain, wind). The work environment is not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions. Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
