A Southland Holdings company, Johnson Brothers Corp. is hiring for Skid Steer Operators for a large project in Palm Beach County, FL. 

Equipment Operators Skid Steer

• Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• materials

• May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed

• May perform other related duties as required

  Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of operating experience preferred

• Must be able to operate multiple attachments

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. may be required to work in adverse weather conditions

• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly

• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn

• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
