What you’ll do:
Contribute to the assessment of the health status of patients
Assist patients with taking their medications on time, meals, attending to personal needs, and change wound dressings as needed.
Play a vital role as a liaison between our patients and their care teams.
Communicate pertinent patient information to appropriate members of the treatment team with direction of the Charge Nurse
Grow your skills in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
What is a Resource Team? The Resource Team is a nursing pool developed by CHI Health for flexible nurses, providing high quality care to patients across multiple nursing departments. Because the Resource Team is designed to value flexibility, you will earn premium differential pay in addition to normal differential pay.
Night Shift Premium Differential Pay: Additional 15% of hourly pay plus night differential pay
Resource Team is for you, if you wish to:
• Be rewarded for your flexibility in working in multiple nursing departments within a hospital.

Resource Team is not for you, if you:
• Wish the stability of working on a single unit.
What You’ll Need:
Must be at least 16 years of age as required by state
Nurse Assistants must be on the Nurse Aide Registry of the State in which you work upon hire
BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association upon hire
