• Greet guests, provide excellent customer service, and create a safe and friendly environment for guests.

• Min. 1 year of working experience in related function/role.

• Experience working with hotels / BPO office is preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Positive and pleasant attitude.

• Can work shifting schedule even on graveyard shift within 6-days work week
