We are currently looking for a 1 or 2 -years apprenticeship as a Marketing Assistant m/w to join our International Surgical team.

OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the work of the Surgical International Team on projects directed at maximizing Bausch & Lomb profits and developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

MISSIONS:

Marketing Coordination

• Support the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands

• Collaborating with the marketing managers, internal teams and Distributor partners on marketing strategies

• Supporting Marketing Managers on new product launches

• Assist with the creation of marketing materials

• Providing administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs to marketing and sales teams

Internal and External Communication

• Participate to internal and external communication management (website, intranets, newsletters…)

• Help organize and coordinate marketing events

• Assisting with promotional activities

Competitive Intelligence

• Helping identify marketing trends and opportunity for growth and innovation

• Creating and interpreting reports

• Helping to organize market research

• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback

EDUCATION / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education : Master’s degree or equivalent
