Nike Retail Visual Merchandising Associate I in Paris, France

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising and Stylist Specialist to support the French NSO stores during the Olympics in 2024. The role will be based in Paris at Citadium ( Haussmann Saint-Lazare ).

The VM&S team is the team who represent the consumer experiences and our role is to know what motivates and inspires them. In Visual Merchandising & styling, we are committed to creating authentic, connected and distinctive premium experience for our consumer.

You will be in charge for VM&S experiences that will elevate the emotion and disruptive power of innovative products for our Inline stores. The main task will be implementing the VM&S guidelines provided by the VM&S Coach and applying the processes that ensure the highest level of execution of the Nike Visual Presentation direction and principles.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Is this you? Here’s what a typical day/week looks like.

You will work daily in store within the VM&S team to open a premium store every day.

  • Implement Nike product presentation Standards for all the categories and ensure execution throughout the stores.

  • Manage store maintaining throughout the day.

  • Be part of transition, campaign execution and product launches.

  • Maintain strong mannequins looks and styling every day.

  • Have city influencers and city fashion knowledge to contribute to the building of the looks and executions in general.

  • Be a good team player and work in partnership with other functions (BOH and FOH athletes and managers).

  • Be reactive and proactive while implementing new set ups.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role you will partner with the instore VM&S team, the entire store team (BOH, FOH and management team) and with the VM&S manager for the NSO.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A massive interest for Visual Merchandising related job

  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising & styling trends in our Parisian marketplace

  • Work as a team with store functions

  • Good level of English both written and verbal

  • Communication skills
