Job Types:  part-time, permanent

Wages : $19-$20 / hr

YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Learn from our Executive Chef and Banquet team 

• Prepare and execute banquet service for weddings, socials, corporate and even celebrity events taking place at the Arlington Hotel & River’s Edge

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen; instilling safe food handling practices

• Participate in the production and plating of all food service areas

• Take proactive efforts to minimize waste and maximize quality

• Maintain product consistency of seasonings, portion, and appearance of food

  POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge in Food Safety Standards and Guidelines, including safe food handling practices and certificate

• 1-2 years’ culinary experience

• Experience in the catering or event industry preferred

• Team oriented and willing to learn

• Positive, outgoing, and friendly team member

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment 

• Evening and weekend availability required
