Job Summary: As the HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our cloud-based Workday ERP system. This role involves not only system maintenance and troubleshooting, but also the development and enhancement of business processes within the system. You will be the go-to expert for all aspects of Workday, ensuring that our systems remain current and serve the needs of our users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of the Workday platform. * Lead upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned. * Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex issues across all modules of Workday. * Partner with business leaders to support business objectives by providing meaningful data and insights. * Ensure integrations are functioning and partner with functional users to resolve issues. * Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive system enhancements and improvements. * Establish plans for ongoing enhancements and support of the Workday platform as a whole. * Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the Workday environment including user management, data changes, and analysis as needed. * Assist in managing and testing Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately to the various business unit leads. * Actively participate in the Workday Community to identify any potential issues as well as identify any new solutions to existing issues. * Work independently with great team spirit. * Take full ownership of and accountability for assigned tasks and communicate status accurately to management and teams. * Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Minimum of 3+ years in an HRIS Analyst or Information Systems Analyst preferred. * Minimum of 2+ years supporting Workday preferred. * Experience in configuration management in an enterprise environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites. * Experience with Agile Scrum methodology preferred. * Workday certification and knowledge of Adaptive are pluses. Travel Requirements: * 10%-20%, based on business needs. Office Requirements: * This is a hybrid role with the understanding of being in office at least three days per week.
