We are looking for people with experience in Marketing, interested in starting a SWEET career as part of our Marketing team at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey working on a Hybrid schedule. This Vice President role will report to our (CMO) Chief Marketing Officer.

Overview:

As a leader in snacking, PIM Brands delights consumers and shoppers, with loved brands, in the moments that matter most, influencing purchases whenever and wherever they are occurring. The VP of Digital Commerce & Omni-Channel Marketingis a key leadership role responsible for driving seamless integration of how people experience our brands across customers and channels, creating engaging shopper executions that drive sales. This position will lead the development and execution of strategies, programs, and marketing eco-system required to deliver an elevated shopper experience, meeting the demands of the rapidly evolving retail landscape. By evolving how we connect with people looking for snacking solutions, the VP will create a more connected path to purchase, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver better results for our evolving consumers, retail partners, and company.

Individual Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership in Digital Commerce:
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, optimizing performance across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart).

  • Drive integration of eCommerce capabilities with brick-and-mortar strategies, ensuring consistent consumer experiences between online and offline.

  • Develop vision and plans to unleash the full potential of the top selling snack on Amazon…Welch’s Fruit Snacks

  • Oversee the implementation of digital merchandising, technology platforms, and data tools that increase engagement, conversion rates, and sales growth.

  • Step change our organizations capabilities in retail media and omni-channel marketing, building on our strong foundations to a leader in snacking.

    1. Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and lead the execution of a holistic Omni-Channel Marketing strategy that aligns the brand’s presence across all touchpoints—whether online, in-store, mobile, or social media.

  • Integrate physical and digital points of sale, creating seamless shopping experiences that enhance brand visibility and engagement, driving both in-store and online traffic and sales.

  • Collaborate with key retail partners and internal sales teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions that maximize reach and effectiveness.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, promotions, and shopper messaging at both the digital and physical shelves, optimizing the customer journey and enhancing overall brand experience.

    1. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Work in partnership with both Marketing and Sales to ensure integrated execution of digital commerce and omni-channel marketing initiatives.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to a team of digital commerce and omni-channel marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the function by consistently tracking and communicating performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, ensuring strategies are optimized for maximum impact.

  • Lead the evolution of our cross-functional ecosystem to accelerate growth and unlock the inherent competitive advantage of our entrepreneurial culture.

    1. Consumer and Market Insights:
  • Monitor and interpret emerging consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to ensure the organization is ahead of the curve.

  • Leverage insights from shopper data, category trends, and digital analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in digital commerce, shopper marketing, or related roles within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Food & Beverage experience a plus.

  • Proven track record of leading complex omni-channel initiatives that drive significant business growth and customer engagement.

  • Strong understanding of both e-commerce and traditional retail ecosystems, with the ability to integrate them into a seamless consumer experience.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, customer analytics, and performance measurement tools.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

    Worksite:

  • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

  • HYBRID - The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on Fridays

  • Estimated <10% to manufacturing locations, trade shows, retailer/broker/customer business reviews, etc.
