Summary: The role involves directing multiple production phases, ensuring that the production budget and project schedules are adhered to. The position also involves supervising foremen and lead worker supervisors and reporting to a superintendent.

Duties & Responsibilities: Supervision: Advising foremen on managing lead workers and employees. Safety: Ensuring safe working conditions and assisting in safety meetings. Project Planning: Reviewing project specifications, engineering drawings, and contributing to project build strategies and schedules. Resource Management: Ensuring proper resources are available at workstations and that production performance indicators are met. Workforce Deployment: Coordinating with foremen to effectively deploy the workforce. Training: Reviewing employee performance and providing necessary training. Budget Monitoring: Monitoring project budgets and schedule performance, providing input for cost control. Quality Control: Ensuring product quality, adherence to drawings, procedures, and quality objectives. Compliance: Coordinating with the superintendent and quality control manager to ensure product compliance with company standards and specifications.

 Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED with at least three years of production supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications: Five years of production supervision experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
