Grundfos Application Specialist, Payroll and Time Solutions in Pasig City, Philippines

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City

What is the Job all about?

This job is will be responsible forfor support, customization and implementation in order to support business and facilitate continuous improvements in business towards efficiency and standardized usage of the core applications with special focus on Kronos WFD, Succesfactor ECP and other applications.

You will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager for IS HR Solutions and will be assigned to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of global HR, primarily in Payroll & Time solutions in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines

  • Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding HR IT solutions

  • Supporting the HR solutions by handling support tickets in ServiceNow and vendor support systems

  • Solving and implementing continues business improvement requests to support the business growth and specifically our Payroll Roadmap.

  • Involvement in testing and implementation of new functionalities in connection with upgrade of solutions

  • Participate in projects for the HR area, including implementation project for Time and attendance solutions and global roll out of Payroll solutions

  • Contribute in shaping the roadmap for the future and implement it and facilitate development and deployment of existing and new solutions.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Preferred experienced HR IT Consultant (3-5 years) with a proven history – preferable in a global/international organization.

  • Good knowledge of Payroll solutions (preferably based on SAP and SuccessFactors ECP) and Time solutions (preferably Kronos WFD)

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

  • Experience from a global/international organization

  • Good understanding of HR value chains and processes
