Support Services Group Customer Service Agents | Local Account in Pasig City, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.

  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Open for no BPO experience.

  • At least with high school or senior high school diploma

  • Possesses good communication skills.

  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.

  • Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage
