About the Role

Delivers operational activities (including data encoding, processing and quality control) with minimal supervision to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Operations

• Data Encoders are responsible for encoding TV and Radio broadcasts from sign-on to sign-off for free-to-air channels and pay TV channels using the Nielsen-provided software.

• In charge of classifying TV/Radio programs and commercials

• In charge of identifying the correct start time and end time of airing.

• Process and encode Print materials and Out-of-home media

• Data encoders need to verify that the data they are entering is accurate and free of errors.

• Administration

• Ensures that performance management is set

• Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures

• Drive the Nielsen values through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment

• Corporate Functions including Finance and Human Resources

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred Graduate from any background studies

• 2 years work experience in Data analysis, data encoding are added advantage

• Average encoding speedwork onsite

• Familiar on TV broadcast

• Willing to work on weekend and/or holidays
