The coordinator is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities including scheduling interviews. May assist with sourcing, screening, and evaluating internal and external talent/candidates for assigned area of responsibility. May Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks.

May also coordinate pre-employment travel, offer process, and new hire experience requirements. As a coordinator within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for coordinating recruiting activities that are administrative, operational, or repetitive globally. Your priorities will primarily include supporting new hire onboarding, Talent Acquisition Tier 1 support, applicant tracking and scheduling tool management, reporting, and other activities related to talent acquisition and the end-to-end hiring process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will support in executing successful employee onboarding activities contributing to the increased overall new hire engagement and satisfaction.

  • You will act as the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries or requests received via the ticketing system or in our shared mailbox. These queries or requests may include general internal and external customer talent acquisition related queries, invoice payments and purchase order requests, hiring and talent acquisition processes, and non-analytical reporting.

  • You will be an expert on our applicant tracking system, job posting applications, and scheduling tools, ensuring their consistent and effective operation. You will be vital in user set up and access management, conducting the first line of investigation and troubleshooting, and responsible for coordinating with other centers of excellence for Tier 2 support requirements.

Role Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administration or Operations.

  • Focused on delivering in an administrative function with the highest level of attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency.

  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the confidence to follow up and follow through. You must have impeccable time management skills and be able to manage multiple activities at a given time.

  • Comfortable navigating through systems and technology with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency and interest in generating and putting together reports will be an advantage.

  • Competent and thrives in a highly matrixed environment and embraces coaching culture.

  • Demonstrates maturity of thinking, proven analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent command of the Spanish & English language, both written and spoken is needed for this role.
