Purpose of Role

The Retail Merchandising Intern will gain understanding of how merchandising data and decisions affect business performance in Thailand's retail industry. This role involves analyzing and reporting on merchandising data, aiding in store openings, product launches, and promotion planning for Brand House and Factory Outlet. The chosen intern will embark on a comprehensive learning experience and join the team supporting the UA Merchandising department.

We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.

Your Impact

• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends, competitors to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.

• Monitor stock movement, promotions, price changes, clear outs, and etc.

• Collaborate with other relevant functions e.g, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Operation, Marketing etc.

What exposures will you gain by the end of the internship?

• Exposure to the foundation of merchandising in a retail business.

• Ability to understand and gain hands-on analytic experience to support Brand House and Factory Outlet.

• How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences

Who are we looking for?

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or any related field.

• Strong interest in retail and merchandising

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel (vlookup & pivot) & PowerPoint.

• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency.

• Able to work with a team/independently where needed.

• Willing to listen, to include and to respect the beliefs of teammates.

• Passionate in sports and fashion.
