We are searching for a Program Management Analyst to support our Aerial Targets Program (PMA-208) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals.

  • Work with contracts department to update and maintain PMT status to establish realistic milestones for timely contract award.

  • Maintain CSPT with current and future procurement requirements.

  • Facilitate bi-weekly financial/contract reviews for IPTL-level awareness.

  • Collaborate with the Scheduler, providing contractual delivery dates to incorporate into the program-level schedule.

  • Draft quarterly RDAIS reports for feedback and submission detailing program status.

  • Attend project meetings to assist in gauging when new requirements are coming down the pipeline.

    Required Experience: Three to ten years of experience is required for this position.

    Required Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an Associate’s Degree plus four years of additional work experience, or an extra six years of experience with no degree.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
