Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Answering all incoming calls promptly, aiming to pick up before the third ring.
  • Processing transactions within our ERP system and securing lease signatures when necessary.
  • Assisting with billing issues and addressing general client concerns.
  • Maintaining professionalism and establishing positive rapport with every caller.
  • Conducting confirmation calls/emails for transactions completed the previous business day.
  • Linking documents and correspondence to our ERP System for future reference.
  • Following up on calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Setting up COI / W-9 and Vendor Packets.
  • Scheduling elevator times and coordinating inventory and scheduling with Operations.
  • Reviewing and correcting any errors in the system from the previous day's transactions.
  • Responding to team emails within 24 hours.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to resolve customer issues.
  • Assisting with Aging and processing additional tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager or RGM.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with keyboard skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.

    • Numerical Proficiency and Advanced Comprehension Skills
    • Project Coordination and Document Management
