Human Resources Assistant

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

(Must be flexible to assist some days at 7:00 am and some weekends as needed)

Previous work experience in Human Resources or office management in healthcare highly preferred.

Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator / Manager / Director of Human Resource, coordinates the clerical and administrative function of the Human Resources Department to ensure efficient operation and timely response to employees and manager inquires.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software program applications required

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years work experience in Human Resources field preferred

• Associates degree preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
