\ The Safety Advisors at the 24/7 Caterpillar Safety Monitoring Center in Peoria, IL, play a crucial role in analyzing data and video from in-vehicle systems like the Driver Safety System (DSS). Their primary focus is on identifying and alerting on-site personnel about instances of operator fatigue or distraction while driving.

They meticulously review, verify, classify, and log these events for further analysis and record-keeping. Ensuring a positive customer experience is paramount, and they follow appropriate escalation processes and notification procedures. This role requires a hybrid work model, initially requiring full-time in-office presence for the first 60 days, with later transitioning to a three-day office schedule.

The position entails a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with compensatory days off during the week and rotating holiday coverage within the team.\ \ Education & Experience Required:\ *High school diploma or GED preferred.\ *2-4 years customer service related experience required.\ \ Technical Skill(Required)\ *Computer skills\ *Multi-tasking\ *Proof reading or inspection of documents of in house softwares and apps\ \ Reason/motivation for request:\ *Backfill\ \ Job Responsibility:\ *Safety Advisors must be capable of working at a stationary workstation for long periods of time.\ *All work is completed at a computer station and scheduled shifts are 12 hours.\ \ Interaction with team:\ *Three people in office and 3 at home.\ *Main interaction via MS Teams\ *Some meeting in office if everyone is there, most meeting via MS Teams\ \
