Regional Safety Specialist

As a Regional Safety Specialist, you will assist plants to achieve short and long term initiatives and goals related to safety.

Every day as Regional Safety Specialist you will...

• Collaborate across Precision Strip to develop safety related items that prevent and protect associates

• Ensure compliance and implementation of safety regulations and procedures

• Coach, train, and assist plants in developing corrective actions and solve problems

• Investigate safety issues to identify root causes, ensure issues are addressed and resolved

• Conduct compliance audits to recognize performance and identify areas of improvement

• Develop recommendations to strengthen our safety management system

• Support other projects as needed

• Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field

• At least 3 years of experience working in safety compliance
