An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to join our Retail Property Management business working at a premier sub regional centre for one major client. You will be based onsite at Maddington Central Shopping Centre and fully supported by our admin, facilities, marketing and finance teams. This well performing centre has ambitious redevelopment plans so your experience with capital works will be highly regarded.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centre

• Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area

• Ensure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of the relevant lease provisions

• Manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements

• Management of the centre management team

• Accrual based financial management including preparation of budgets, variance reporting, and forecasting

• Retailer and centre sales analysis and reporting

• Redevelopment opportunity analysis and community engagement

• Conduct centre inspections, retailer meetings and provide regular centre performance updates to client

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

• Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to be dynamic in your approach and adapt well to change.

• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations

• Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach

• Certificate IV in Real Estate is required for this role
