The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a night auditor, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a seamless free experience during the overnight shift, you also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home. You'll have the ambition, talent and key skills to ensure you finalise the audit & balancing the Hotel's systems and accounts each night ready for the next day, as well as preparing and delivering overnight room service orders.

The successful candidate must have good personal presentation, positive energy, and preferably experience in guest relations, problem solving and time management; and ideally a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera and Front Office / Reception experience focused on attentive guest service.

Ideally candidates must have:

  • Ongoing availability to work 4 overnight shifts per week over a 7-day week

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry

  • Current & valid full (manual) WA Driver's license

  • Computer savvy and particularly versed in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills are advantageous

  • A passionate team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads, and

  • You must meet the legal requirement to work in Australia.
