Job Description

Job Summary

 Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes and all activities on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

 Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the sales & marketing managers on a timely basis.

 To call on regular and prospective customers in the assigned territory. Able to follow closely and independently with customers.

 Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner. Proactive feedback is required.

 Plan call objectively before and call analysis after each sales call to improve sales call efficiency.

 Present specialized sales calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls. Selling skill proficiency is needed.

 Execution excellence align to plan and strategy.

 Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues and HCPs as appropriate.

 Develop and maintain product and competitive knowledge at all times.

 Fully cooperate with other team members (the sales manager, marketing manager, sales coordinator, medical affairs team) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.

 Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.

 Scheduling training sessions and attending meeting as required.

 Willing to travel.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in science or medical-related, preferably with higher qualification in marketing, pharmacy or medical related. Have a strong growth mindset.

Experience

 3- 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience in the aesthetic market will be preferred

 Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry

Skills

 Strong presentation & problem solving skills

 Good analysis skill and business acumen

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Experience managing budgets and expenses, and executing marketing plans

 Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers

 Self motivated person, able to work independently with minimal supervision
