Qualifications:

Degree in Chemical Engineering

Fluent English

Experience in chemical cleaning, stripping, coating removal and mechanical cleaning processes. (abrasive blasting)

Experience in evaluating acid and alkaline chemical solutions.

Experience on performance of chemical processes (effectiveness, response time, surface quality)

Experience in granular attack of Ni and Co - IGA and IGO.

Experience in cleaning Al and Ti parts.

Responsibilities:

Operational management in the production area both for cleaning and surface preparation of aeronautical parts.

Create and maintain statistically based performance indicators.

Address non-conformities in the area by introducing appropriate corrective actions.

Develop productivity projects.

Develop and apply training for operational team.

Conduct work with little supervision.

Ability to connect the work to be performed with the delivery needs of the business.
