Our client is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have computer, customer service which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Representative
Location: Pharr, TX
Pay Range: $11.00 hourly
Shift: 1st shift : 9:30 am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri
alternating Saturdays half day
What’s the Job?
Will answer calls related to pick-up and deliveries of goods
Communicate with internal and external Teams regarding shipments
Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and warehouses
Prioritize training and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority
Other duties as assigned
