Reference #: 6447Philadelphia, PAThe Business Relationship Specialist is responsible for driving additional value to our Business Development Team. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal business stakeholders to understand their needs and document them accordingly to facilitate enhancements of the supporting technologies. This person will establish procedures for who are the andldquo;go toandrdquo; resources for each office and/or department. The role will promote adoption of processes, problem-solving issues, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Business Relationship Specialist will support our Research Manager in coordinatingand supporting the Regional Data Stewards to perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, verifying and correcting data.Job Responsibilities:GeneralCollaborate with teams and departments including, but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Finance and IT to assist in implementation, support, monitoring, and management of all CRM and Marketing application components that support our initiativesAct as the point of contact and implementation lead for merger and acquisition activities related to Business Development and MarketingIdentify best practices and opportunities to streamline procedures; execute those ideas from start to finish.Help develop the strategy and tactical tasks for the CRM Data Stewards across the organizationCollaborate with users of all levels including executive management in the analysis and development of new tools and processesMaintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standardsEffectively communicates with all employee levels including executive managementAchieve internal customer satisfaction and manage internal customer relationships.Business DevelopmentServe as BD liaison to IT for Salesforce platform.Act as a visible and credible champion of CRM initiatives and market the CRM solutions, capabilities updates and standard processes and procedures.Develops and improves business processes and tools to improve efficiency, and benchmarks against best practices in the marketplace.Continually analyze data in order to add value to the Global BD team by consistently identifying trends, opportunities, or synergies that a macro view of this data provides. The ability to mine value from our data and communicate it to the Global BD team is a core component of this role.Establish procedures for reviewing and following up with BD staff on proper usage.Maintain data hygiene and completeness including resolution of account duplication, contact information, and various data sets.Develop and facilitate BD report generation.Present summary reports to management in a clear and concise manner using Salesforce and Excel, PowerPoint or similar.MarketingServe as marketing liaison for Salesforce platform.Administration of client feedback/quality assurance program.Reporting and analysis of feedback on a regular basis.Works with feedback consultants to ensure the program is being utilized to its fullest potential.Business AnalysisTeam with Corporate IT to conduct research on new and emerging CRM technologies that can be leveraged through existing CRM investments.Liaise with Corporate IT to investigate, schedule, and execute database tasks, such as installations and technical issue resolutions.Formulates logical statements of business requirements.Assist in writing, maintaining, and distributing CRM reference guides.In conjunction with Corporate IT, effectively works with and manages outside consultants.Responsible for creating the process for maintaining and updating Marketing and BD contact lists and campaigns.TrainingLiaise with HR Training staff to develop training plans and define required content.Provide timely training of new hires/users.Coordinate training and documentation of new and updated Salesforce. features and functions.Meet regularly with trainers.#LI-JA15-8 year
