JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking professional, caring, and compassionate Direct Care Workers who will be trained in the art of caregiving and employed as a part of our caring homecare family.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

? Establishing a Trusting and Reliable Relationship, ? Scheduling, Planning and Accompanying Consumers to Appointments, Social Activities and Entertainment, ? Assisting with Rehabilitative Care, ? Assisting with Personal Care including, Bathing, Toileting, Grooming and Dressing, ? Assisting in Planning, Preparing, Feeding and Serving Meals, ? Organizing and Completing Tasks Outlined in the Consumer's Plan of Care, ? Performing Light Housekeeping, Laundry, and Grocery Shopping, ? Observing, Recording and Reporting Visible Changes in the Consumer's Physical, Mental and Environmental Conditions.
