STVacts as a true extension of our client's staff to deliver their projects on time, on budget, at the quality expected and with zero downtime to their operations.

As aHealthcare Project Manageryou will have the opportunity to manage & support projects including, but not limited to interior renovations and additions as well as new ground-up projects.

Project Manager will be responsible to develop best business practices that will increase, facilitate and encourage the participation of MWLBE firms to successfully perform work with the SCA.To accomplish this, BDD is responsible for the outreach, recruitment and development of MWLBE firms to participate as primes and subcontractors in the SCA's Mentor Program, Graduate Mentor Program, and Capital Improvement Program. BDD also monitors and ensures that prime/general contractors are subcontracting a minimum of 30% of their work to qualified MWLBEs in order to meet the agency's participation goals.

Required Skills: 4-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, business or a related field Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the design, construction of facilities within the Higher Education and/or Public Sector market Exceptional technical and project management skills related to the planning, design and construction process Ability to ensure that all project objectives are achieved Capability to manage competing demands on multiple client projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize and handle challenges on an independent basis Comfortable managing meetings, presenting data and participating and presenting in interviews Healthcare, Medical, Lab Science experience required

Compensation Range:$109,063.00 - $145,418.00
