Position HighlightsAssist in developing client-specific analysis to address changes in wages, Department of Labor regulations and overall changes in the labor market. *Plan, implement and administer all Genesis base pay and incentive salary programs. *Create models to analyze and forecast the financial impact of compensation programs and recommend alternatives. *Determine root causes of various compensation issues. *Administer the annual bonus and merit increase process from company-wide communication, spreadsheet development to payroll submission for processingProvide timely, relevant and accurate employee compensation data to senior leadership as requested. Conduct salary structure assessment and create/modify salary ranges and center wage grids for positions based on industry data and internal equity strategy.Provide guidance and training to the Workforce - Compensation Analyst positions. *Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or closely related quantitative field preferred. *Three to five (3-5) years of experience in human resources, compensation or financial analysis is required. Healthcare Industry experience helpful *Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including managing large volumes of data, the use of pivot tables and lookup functions.
