Join the Genesis team as a Senior Workforce and Compensation Analyst where you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and developing compensation practices to ensure that compensation objectives and our competitive position in the industry for people talent are maintained. Position HighlightsAssist in developing client-specific analysis to address changes in wages, Department of Labor regulations and overall changes in the labor market. *Plan, implement and administer all Genesis base pay and incentive salary programs. *Create models to analyze and forecast the financial impact of compensation programs and recommend alternatives. *Determine root causes of various compensation issues. *Administer the annual bonus and merit increase process from company-wide communication, spreadsheet development to payroll submission for processingProvide timely, relevant and accurate employee compensation data to senior leadership as requested. Conduct salary structure assessment and create/modify salary ranges and center wage grids for positions based on industry data and internal equity strategy.Provide guidance and training to the Workforce - Compensation Analyst positions. We have in place multiple testing capabilities including Point-of-Care (POC) testing in every location according to CMS and local guidance. ASCO Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or closely related quantitative field preferred. *Three to five (3-5) years of experience in human resources, compensation or financial analysis is required. Healthcare Industry experience helpful *Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including managing large volumes of data, the use of pivot tables and lookup functions.
