Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Operations to join the Philadelphia team of an AM 100 law firm. This role will be responsible for the implementation, operation, documentation and support of the systems infrastructure. Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

8+ years of hands on experience in the following areas:

o LAN/WAN Network deployments (VPN, Routers, Switches)

o Wireless LAN deployments

o Security Infrastructure (Cisco ISE, Checkpoint Firewalls)

Experience in the following are desired:

o Storage Area Networks

o Server Virtualization

o Telecommunications systems

o Microsoft Exchange email systems

o Azure AD /Azure Cloud

3-5 years of team lead or manager level experience

Experience with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks; ISO 27001, SOC

Ability to work in complex IT environments

Strong project management experience with planning, implementation and

documentation of tasks/projects in the assigned areas

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent, graduate degree

preferred. null
