We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience department. Although our corporate offices are in Philadelphia, PA, remote work is an option. You will play a vital role in attracting exceptional people, consulting with hiring managers to execute recruiting plans to grow our success. This role is full-time, in-office 5 days per week. Requirements YOU HAVE: At least 1 year of in-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably in diesel or power business Strong team player skills Ability to consult with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, develop relationships to establish recruitment profiles Ability to source and interview prospective candidates, pre-determining their qualifications, analyzing their responses, to ensure that only quality candidates proceed through the interview process Mastery of direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions, creating sourcing strategy and execution through a broad variety of effective channels including passive candidates, University programs, direct recruiting, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining, outside search firms Ability to build candidate pipelines and attend recruitment events Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: Skilled with technology and comfortable with applicant tracking system (ATS) and EEO compliance tracking Established and maintained effective communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and with management Handled confidential documentation and situations WE OFFER: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) A fun work environment where our teammates feel appreciated For more information about PENN Power Group, please visit our website at www.pennpowergroup.com An Equal Opportunity Employer.
