About the Job

The Chief Marketing & Strategic Alliance officer is a new role created within the leadership team. This role will directly report to the CEO. We're looking for a self-starter with strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and with a proven track record.

You will be responsible for leading marketing, branding & sales excellence across the enterprise and setting up the building blocks for growth. To be successful, you must understand the enterprise data and digital transformation market, business partner ecosystem, and customer acquisition (upsell and cross sell). You must acquire a deep understanding of ALL NucleusTeq group of companies services & products and position them uniquely in the global marketplace. We are looking for someone with innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to make NucleusTeq “stand out” and provide momentum to our high growth objectives.

Successful candidate will have strong influential skills and will have to prove they can lead and drive results within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

He/she will be responsible for leading all aspects of Marketing. Specific duties include:

  • You will responsible for brand strategy, product portfolio and cradle to grave product management.

  • Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy: Set goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption. Conduct customer research and apply insights. “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.

  • Acquire new partners and manage key partners. Nurture existing relationships with key partners, aligning on mutual goals and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts.

  • Lead marketing function: Drive all aspects of marketing including, digital, demand gen, social media, events, product marketing, partner marketing, content, sales enablement, and brand.

  • Drive demand: Leverage market trends, research, business data and product attributes into messaging and programming (the story and how to tell it) that drives demand by connecting with customers.

  • Support sales enablement and lead generation: Transform NucleusTeq sales structure, support our sales model and create scale to win big strategic connected offerings.

  • Represent voice of the customer: Represent voice of the customer within the organization across product, design, user experience, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure consistency of brand experience.

The Successful Candidate Should Possess the Following Competencies

  • Leadership & Strategy: Demonstrates strong judgment, leadership, and influencing skills to get things done. Has a proven track record of leading projects and teams, at a global level, that successfully achieves milestones and completes deliverables,

  • You have a deep understanding of data & digital transformation through technologies like Big-Data, Data-Lake, Cloud, Analytics (AI, Machine Learning), Microservices, Mobility etc.

  • Result-Oriented: High standards and track record executing and getting results. A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner

  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility to quickly comprehend NucleusTeq's products, business models, software, technologies, services, solutions offered, and strategic plans for growth.

  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: A team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others. Shares information and keeps team members and partners informed. Works effectively with others to identify and resolve issues. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of management as well as a diverse workforce.


  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced technology company with expertise in software.

  • BS, BA, or BBA in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant discipline.
