Premier company within the healthcare industry is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Reporting Analyst I to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical background, proficiency in analytic tools, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to customers. The Client Reporting Analyst I will analyze data at the customer-segment level, develop analytic solutions, and collaborate with peers to continuously improve measurement methodologies.

responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytic tools to identify, design, recommend, and execute solutions that deliver actionable information to customers.

  • Provide follow-up consultation on solutions as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

  • Analyze data at the customer-segment level, including comparison to plan-level benchmarks.

  • Develop processes, write programs, and/or create databases using analytic tools to produce accurate and timely completion of analytic solutions.

  • Partner with peers to establish, evaluate, and continually improve measurement methodologies while adhering to nationally accepted analytic and reporting standards.

  • Interpret, communicate, and present results to customers in a consistent and easy-to-understand format that facilitates fact-based decision-making.

  • Pursue expansion of current knowledge and skills to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study

  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and Python

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in the healthcare or health insurer industry
