Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: West Peoria Avenue, Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform required torque testing on wrenches using both manual and automated methods to ensure tool integrity and performance.

• Manage intricate paperwork related to product returns and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products, maintaining an organized work environment and adhering to safety guidelines.

• Handle shipping information and logistics in a warehouse setting, coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Experience in torque testing and managing shipping logistics in a warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
