Responsibilities
Reporting to the Prospect and Customer Resource Manager, the primary duties of the Data Administrator include maintaining the data integrity of the prospect moves management system, facilitating constituent reporting and analysis, supporting prospect research services, and assisting in overall CRM operations.
Coordinates data entered into the CRM's donor/prospect management system including initial data input, updating constituent and prospect information, maintaining portfolio systems, and preparing prospect reports.
Conducts analysis of prospect data both in the CRM and other software related to potential donors. Helps identify and qualify prospective donors for wealth potential and philanthropic motivation to fill all areas of the donor pipeline.
Supports the Grateful Patient program through data acquisition and preparation for wealth screening.
Understands how to store, manipulate and retrieve data from the database. Generates prospect and moves management reports, pledge reminders, constituent lists, and various reports for foundation staff as needed.
Responsible for monitoring and updating donor groups and recognition programs such as planned giving societies, donor giving levels, and donor recognition walls and lists.
Assists the Prospect and Customer Resource Manager in creating, accurate written research reports (both short and detailed briefings) which may include biographical information, financial information, potential for philanthropic support, areas of interest and affiliations on individuals: as well as research on corporations, foundations and government entities which establish philanthropic interests.
Assists with regular, ongoing management of the database and other prospect development software.
Supports the Prospect and Customer Resource Manager in training foundation staff on CRM functions, particularly those related to prospect development and moves management.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience and Education Required:
Three years experience using CRM systems.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with fundraising CRM.
Familiarity with prospect research systems and procedures.
Experience with Google Workspace.
