We're looking for a Design Project Manager who is excited about working on large semiconductor greenfield projects. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on state-of-the-art industrial Semiconductor facilities. You’ll be a design project manager accountable for the delivery of a multidiscipline project including, client and stakeholder engagement, the guidance of technical design to scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. The multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop large-scale capital projects. You’ll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals, helping the team discover what guides them, nurturing their purpose, and guiding them forward. We are willing to consider telecommute candidates in any geographic location but ideally based in or willing to relocate to Portland, Oregon or Pheonix, Arizona is preferred.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent related work experience with 10 years of experience.
• At least 7 years of experience working on industrial projects as a design lead, project design engineer, or design project manager
Ideally you will also have:
• Expierence working as a design engineer on semi-conductor design
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
• Working knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) principles
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward-thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden the knowledge base
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
