THE GIG:

We're looking for a reliable, responsible leader who is ready to INSPIRE CONFIDENCE and BUILD COMMUNITY by supervising up to 15 staff members in both sales and instruction of our champagne-quality classes! You'll be managing weekly class operations, creating schedules, providing sales coaching, instructor evaluations, facilitating quarterly meetings, and more to keep the business running #flawless. Responsibilities include overseeing essential support teams such as virtual assistants, and social media marketing. You'll also be working closely with the franchise owner to meet market objectives that include party services, and performance programs. The perfect person in this role thrives on developing others, and understands how to think critically! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are kind, patient, and empathetic. We provide some orientation, but prefer someone with a strong sales or human resources background in addition to having professional dance experience.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:

This position is mainly remote but also requires in-person availability for a minimum of 5-6 classes every week (being present in the studio for 1 hour - mostly in the evenings and some weekends). You should have reliable transportation to get to any of our classes throughout the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area (includes North, Central, South Phoenix city & Scottsdale areas!

Compensation negotiable, based on experience and education.
