The Frame is a critical component of every wafer that is manufactured by Intel. The frame contains silicon structures that are needed by various lithographic tools for optimal functionality. Intel's Frame Automation Team is responsible for project coordination and automation to support the Frame. We ensure Frame enablement for all Intel products by working closely with engineers from Lithography, Process Integration, Device, Design Enablement, and RET (Resolution Enhancement Technology) teams.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Comprehend high-level proposals from process integration teams for upcoming projects with time horizons ranging from a few weeks to several quarters in the future. The key deliverables are documentation and communication of mask-lists, process options and details of process steps.

  • Propose tape-in execution schedule in consultation with execution teams.

  • Maintain execution schedule and roadmap. Monitor and alert team management to potential schedule and resource conflicts.

  • Analyze project roadmap to: a) identify consolidation opportunities e.g., combine multiple requests in to a single tape-in for overall efficiency and b) balance scope against resources available to effectively meet schedule.

  • Establish standard protocols and meeting structures to: request new projects; make adjustments to projects in execution; create/update schedules/roadmaps.

  • Have meticulous written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Possess knowledge about semiconductor manufacturing process

  • Comprehend capabilities and limitations of semiconductor process, requirements of lithography tools

  • Work well with cross-functional teams.

  • As needed, conduct, and comprehend deep technical discussions, while not losing the big picture.

  • Be agile enough to keep up with constant stream of requests spanning multiple processes.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

T his position is eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Master's degree or PhD in the Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience with semiconductor processing.

  • 5+ or more years of working with cross-functional teams related to semiconductor manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with technical program management.

  • Familiarity with lithography

  • Familiarity with frame design

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
