Assemble, disassemble, and repair hose assemblies and fluid conveyance systems according to company standards and customer specifications. Perform visual inspections and functional tests on hose assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, crimping machines, and testing equipment to complete assembly and repair tasks. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble and install components. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and job status updates. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages, and replenishing supplies as needed. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
