What will you be doing?

As a Billing Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a set number of portfolios on your case load to ensure accuracy of billing. Responsibilities include:

  • Running weekly Accounts Receivable reports and contacting customers regarding outstanding balances.

  • Posting changes and adjustments.

  • Prioritize and execute daily and monthly tasks related to accounts receivables

  • Work with Centre Director to ensure proper business billing information is collected and valid.

  • Quarterly audits to ensure accounts are accurate and up to date.

  • Maintaining and reconciling subsidy payments and accounts.

  • Processing refunds as needed.

  • Coordinating ACH information with customers.

  • All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Associate Degree in Finance/Business Administration/related preferred

    • 2 years of customer service experience required

    • Attention to detail and accuracy and quickly identify problems/solutions

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
