PNC Marketing Specialist Sr in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Position Overview As a part of the Business Banking Marketing team, you will be responsible for helping to lead and execute the marketing strategy that will enable the PNC Business Banking sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Your ability to take Business Owner insights and use them to help create relevant and engaging communications will be important. You will be expected to understand and communicate how the initiatives you manage are performing, identify opportunities for improvement, and how they enhance the customer experience, while managing risk in all that you do. You will be required to effectively use the pertinent sales enablement and marketing platforms while adhering to their associated processes.
You will work closely with internal and external partners to help deliver on the marketing plan. Therefore, a critical part of the role will be to establish and build relationships across with line of business and product partners, sales leaders, internal Marketing teams, as well as members within the analytics, legal, compliance, and risk groups.

Independently supervises, manages and assists in the development of aspects of marketing program execution.
Leverages a strong comprehension of Marketing strategies in order to positively inform execution of programs/projects.
Develops and executes more complex Marketing programs/ projects, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data. Assembles trends. Helps identify strategic and tactical implications.
Acts as a liaison to agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf.
Oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.
