Post Doctoral Associate-Roy Lab Bioengineering - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24003936)

Dr. Partha Roy's Cell Migration Laboratory in the Department of Bioengineering is seeking to recruit a post-doctoral associate for a DoD-funded project focusing on immune microenvironment regulation and immunotherapy in kidney cancer. Previous research experience in cancer and/or immunology is preferable. The desired candidate will be encouraged to apply for independent fellowships and is expected to maintain a good track record of publication during their tenure. Qualifications:

PhD in Biological Science or related field with experience in mammalian cell culture, protein-related techniques (western blot, IP, protein purification), molecular techniques (cloning, PCR, plasmid purification), microscopy, flow cytometry, and small animal (mice) handling are required. The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills and a strong publication record.
