The Bradley Center Senior Mental Health Therapist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.

Therapists at Bradley receive training in evidence-based interventions, carry a small caseload, develop treatment plans with the clients and families, and participate in both team and individual supervision.

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Therapist (SMHT) who will provide quality mental health therapy as part of a residential treatment team for children and adolescents. This position also has the responsibility to supervise three unit therapists and is an integral part of the unit senior leadership team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field

  • Three (3) years experience working with youth in a human service or psychiatric setting and two (2) years experience as master level mental health therapist

  • OR a minimum of three (3) years experience as a master level mental health therapist
