FANNIE MAE Multifamily Asset Manager - Senior Associate (Hybrid) in Plano, Texas
Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to managing the administration, strategic planning, and operations of an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will monitor, provide analysis, and report on the end-to-end execution of business processes using enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

The Multifamily Asset Manager - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Support a portfolio's vision and strategic objectives.
Analyze portfolio progress and enact changes, along with reporting portfolio performance to key stakeholders.
Evaluate risk of current assets, while complying with governance and controls.
Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 2 years relevant experience
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
Loan Management including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, originating loans
Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
Risk assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, and building relationship networks
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
Experience evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability, stability, and performance
Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
Skilled in creating and managing databases with the use of relevant software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB
Work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal
Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking
Skilled in Excel
Experience using Microsoft Access
Skilled in SQL
